Product coaching
Most teams don't lack ideas. They lack focus. We coach leaders and teams to move to the product model: a strategy people can repeat, discovery every week, and outcomes you can measure. For product businesses, and for nonprofits and mission-driven organisations that don't always call what they build a product.

From a leader stepping into product for the first time to an organisation changing how all of its teams work. Pick the shape that fits.
What we help with
None of them are exotic. All of them get ignored until they hurt.
When the strategy is vague, the roadmap fills up with whatever was asked for last. We help you write a short strategy that says what you're focusing on, in what order, and how you'll know it's working.
If discovery waits for a quiet week, it never happens. We make it part of every week: talking to customers, testing assumptions, and getting real evidence before anything gets built.
The team ships, adoption is low, and everyone moves on without knowing if it worked. We agree up front what should change for customers, and measure that instead of what got delivered.
Running meetings and grooming tickets isn't the job. We coach product people to set direction, influence without authority, and push back on a bad idea without burning the room.
When work piles up, testing gets rushed and launches get stressful. We help teams ship smaller and more often, so the next release is a non-event.
Thirty minutes on a call. We'll work out what's actually going on, and you'll leave with at least one thing to try.

If you run a member portal, a certification program, a donor platform or a public service, you're building products. You just might not call them that.
Most of these organisations already check their own work carefully. A certification body would never let an untested exam question count. The same care rarely gets applied to what they decide to build. We help you move a skill you already have onto new work, in your language.
A board paper, a grant or a business case explains why the work got funded. It doesn't show that anyone needs it. We help you get both before you build.
Most of your data describes the members, donors or customers who stayed. The ones who lapsed aren't in it, so you have to go and find them.
Complaints tell you what to stop, never what to start. And the people with the least power often don't complain at all. They just don't come back.
When a mistake reaches the public, start with checks that need no budget and no permission. When something has to go live, keep it reversible.
The coaching arc
Vision is enduring. Strategy is adjustable. Goals are short-term. Most organisations blur the three and end up with a roadmap dressed as a strategy. These six stages keep them apart, and we tailor the depth and pace to where you are.

Discovery
Running a check on an assumption is the easy bit. Deciding what changes on work that's already funded is where most teams stall. We coach both: how to gather evidence you can trust, and how to act on it with the people who signed off the work.
Numbers from your systems. Good at what happened, weak on why.
What people inside the organisation believe. Usually the thing you're checking.
What customers tell you in surveys and interviews. Their view, filtered by memory.
What customers actually do. Real behaviour, from a small number of people.
Every source of evidence has limits, and none ranks above the others. When two sources of different types agree, you're close. When they disagree, you've found the next thing to check.
Results
Named clients, on the record. Product businesses and mission-driven organisations alike.
HROnboard
"Within only 3 months we found we had turbo charged our product delivery, increased customer impact and were working better together to realise our vision."
Workwear Group
"Tim helped change that by embedding a proper Product Operating Model, making it easier for teams to align, plan, and move forward with confidence, transparency and empowerment."
Inteleos
"Our organisation was new to the product space. With Adi's guidance, I was able to articulate a clear vision for leadership and staff, aligning our goals with the broader objectives of the organisation."
NREMT
"Adi brings strategy, structure, and coaching in a way that sticks. We now have shared language, clearer decision-making, and stronger ownership, and we're moving faster as a result."
How this usually goes
Most product transformations fail because someone hands over a framework and disappears. We work with your leaders over months. We make calls together, draft OKR together and prep for the hard exec conversation together. By the end, your team owns the change.
One-on-one or small group sessions with someone who has led product, plus support when something blows up between sessions.
Short, practical training on the product model, with a live monthly session to go deeper and take questions.
We work out what to change, when, and how to bring people with you. Nothing copied from someone else's org chart.
One-page strategy, release plans, discovery scripts and OKR examples, refined across years of engagements.
We won't sell you on coaching. We'll just tell you who it's for.
It's a way of working where cross-functional teams own a problem rather than a list of features, check ideas with customers before building them, and measure success by what changes for those customers. Vision is enduring, strategy is adjustable, and goals are short-term. Keeping those three layers separate is most of the battle.
Yes. If you build portals, programs, apps or services that people rely on, you're building products, whatever you call them. We bring product thinking in your language, at a pace your organisation can absorb. Inteleos and NREMT are both mission-driven certification bodies.
Months, not days. Most engagements start with a quarter of coaching so the change has time to stick, then run as long as they keep paying for themselves. The goal is a team that owns the change and doesn't need us anymore.
OKR coaching helps you set and run goals. Product coaching is about deciding what to build to reach them, and checking the assumptions before you spend the money. Many clients do both. See OKR Coaching.
Tim Newbold and Adi Soesan Malishev. Both have led product inside companies, not only coached it. We pair you with whoever fits the work best. Meet the team.
