How is coaching different from consulting?

Do you only work with executives?

No. We coach OKR champions, team leads, and senior executives. The flavour of coaching is tailored to the role you sit in.

Can we trial coaching before a longer commitment?

Yes. Most engagements start with a free 15-minute Strategy Session so we can both check it's the right fit.

Will coaching work if our OKRs aren't great yet?

That's the most common starting point. Most leaders we coach come in feeling like their OKRs are weak. We fix the writing first, then the rhythm.
