Common questions.

Do we have to start with the free course?

No. The free course is a low-friction option if you're new to OKR or want to brief the whole team cheaply. Most leaders jump straight to Leading Team or Bootcamp.

How long does each course take?

The Free Introductory Course runs in under an hour. Leading Team OKR Implementation is around three hours of video plus exercises. The Bootcamp runs over 8 to 12 weeks with roughly four hours per week of training and coaching.

Do I need OKR experience to take a course?

No. Every course is built so a leader who has never heard of OKR can land it for their team. The Free Introductory Course assumes nothing. The paid courses build on that foundation and add the change-management and facilitation work to embed OKR across a business.

Can we run a workshop just for our team?

Yes. Custom in-house workshops are how most enterprises start with us. We tailor the language, examples and exercises to your sector. Talk to Tim to scope one.

Will the training work for non-tech teams?

Yes. We have run OKR programs across SaaS, fintech, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, the public sector and non-profits. The framework is the same; the examples and language change to match your context.

What if our whole leadership team needs to learn at the same time?

Run an in-house workshop. We bring the curriculum, you bring the room, and we get the whole team aligned in a day or two. Often the fastest path to a successful first cycle.

How are courses different from coaching?

Courses teach the framework; coaching applies it to your team. Most customers blend the two. See OKR coaching.

Do you offer certifications?

We focus on capability over credentials, but completion certificates are issued for paid courses and bootcamps. The Leading Team OKR Implementation course includes a quiz pathway and certificate of completion.
