How is implementation different from consulting or coaching?

Implementation is the rubber meeting the road. Actually rolling OKR out across teams. Consulting designs the program; coaching builds in-house capability. Most engagements blend the three.

Can you implement OKR in just one team first?

Yes. That's our default. We focus the experiment on one team, win quickly, then ripple the lessons outward.

How fast can you start an implementation?

Strategy Session within a week. Kickoff workshop usually inside 3 weeks. First cycle running by week 4–6.

What if our previous OKR program didn't work?
