How long does an OKR rollout take?

Most teams are running their first proper cycle in 4–6 weeks. A full org rollout is typically 1–2 quarters end-to-end, depending on size and how much change has to happen alongside.

Do you work with companies outside Australia?

Yes. We work asynchronously and across timezones — clients in the US, UK, Europe and Asia regularly. We're based in Melbourne and Sydney but most of the engagement runs over video.

Will OKR work for our team size / industry?

OKR works for 10-person product teams and for divisions inside enterprises. We've run programs in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, consulting, manufacturing and the public sector. The principles are the same; the rhythm is what we tailor.
