The stages overlap on purpose. Strategy never fully closes, learning keeps happening through the cycle, and the weekly rhythm starts the day the first OKR is live.

    You run the cycle. Every week, each team gives a confidence score on its key results, a simple 0 to 1 read on whether they still believe they will hit the target. We coach the rhythm, link initiatives to key results, and surface misalignment early so it does not cost you the quarter.
